• You will not get your money back for the missed slot and will have to pay the full fee again for a new booking.

2. Invalidation of the Slip

• The original appointment slip (GCC Slip) becomes invalid on the day you missed the test. The medical centre will not accept it if you arrive late or even a day after the scheduled date.
• The slip has a strict validity period (often 30 days for the medical exam to be conducted). If you miss the specific appointment date, you must not use the same slip.

3. Immediate Visa Delay

• Missing the appointment causes an immediate and stressful delay in your visa application, which can impact your joining date with your employer in the GCC country.

Step 1: Wait for the Old Slip to Expire (System Clearance)

• The Gamca system usually needs a clearance period after a slip has expired or been missed to ensure the record is clear for a new application.
• Although the slip becomes invalid instantly, the system may need a few days after the expiry date printed on the slip to fully clear your record.
• Action: Do not try to reapply immediately. Wait for the old slip’s validity period (e.g., 30 days from generation) to pass, or at least a few working days, before attempting a fresh booking.

Step 2: Initiate a Brand New Application

• You must go back to the official Gamca online portal and start the entire registration process again.
• Action: Go to the official website and select the “Book Medical Test Appointment” or equivalent option.

Step 3: Re-register and Pay the Full Fee Again

• Fill in all your personal details, passport information, and destination country/city accurately.
• Action: You must pay the full GAMCA online service fee again to generate a new appointment slip and be assigned a new medical centre.

Step 4: Attend the New Appointment on Time

• Once the new slip is generated, it is crucial to prioritise this appointment.
• Action: Arrive on time at the newly assigned medical centre with your passport and the new slip.
